The Electronic Community Engagement (ECE) program, also known as RECES, is a groundbreaking initiative aimed at bridging the digital divide and connecting underprivileged and underserved communities to essential local goods and services. Utilizing a series of Software as a Service (SaaS) modules, RECES mines and disseminates data on community resources in an easy‐to‐access format. The program targets individuals with limited or no internet access and those who lack digital literacy skills, providing them with the tools they need to improve their quality of life.
